My name is Stephanie McGregor. My journey into mental health therapy started from personal experiences as a parent navigating the complexities of finding care for my children. As a former military spouse, I understand firsthand the struggles families face both within and outside the military community.

Witnessing the challenges my children encountered with mental health and autism, I recognized a significant need for compassionate and accessible support. This realization inspired me to step forward and make a difference. Now, I am dedicated to helping others overcome similar challenges, offering a safe space for growth and healing.

Compassionate Therapy for a Brighter Tomorrow.

While I am just beginning my private practice journey, I bring a wealth of experience from various settings.

I have worked in

  • Group Homes
  • Intensive Outpatient Programs
  • Partial Hospitalization Programs
  • Inpatient Units with Adolescents.

These diverse environments have equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). These certifications underscore my expertise in addressing complex mental health issues and trauma. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health issues and the unique challenges faced by different populations. This foundation allows me to offer personalized, evidence-based therapy that addresses each client’s specific needs.
